Pop-up Dinner
in Mount Pleasant

We’re working hard to get our new location up and running. In the meantime, join us for a tasty 6-course dinner in Mount Pleasant. Chefs Ernesto Gomez and Martin Vargas will be preparing your favourite Mexican dishes sharing-style, so bring some friends or come alone and make some new ones.

The menu is cross cultural and pairs local products with endemic Mexican products like wild vanilla, ancient varieties of cacao, and native corn. The meal showcases the work we have been doing in partnership with first nations communities in Oaxaca, Chiapas and Tabasco. It will be special meal and only 40 spots are available.

We’ll have a special musical guest and keep the bar open after dinner so you can hang out and have fun with us until late.

Mussel escabeche tostada with potato, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley oil

Green ceviche with edamame, peas, fennel, avocado, sea urchin aioli

Cured amberjack with young coconut, vanilla bean oil


Venison tamal with native corn, white bean & porcini broth, salsa verde

Lamb belly barbacoa with asparagus, chicory, white native beans, flour tortillas

Quince tart with Oaxacan wild vanilla ice cream

To Finish
Artisanal Mezcal with warm mayan pinole made from Real Xoconusco Cacao,
Roasted Pinto Corn, Cinnamon, Annato and Honey.
